Greeting from SIt is my pleasure to inform you about an invitation to submit a proposal to organise a program related to the 9th China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW), such as
· China-ASEAN Education Exhibition
· China-ASEAN Conference/Forum/Seminar/Meeting
· China-ASEAN Youth Summer Camp
· China-ASEAN Student Study Tour
China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW) is a platform to promote cultural and educational exchanges between China and ASEAN countries. It has been co-hosted by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P R China, Ministry of Education of P R China and Guizhou Provincial People’s Government of P R China annually since 2008.
The 9th CAECW has been listed one of the most important activities to celebrate the 2016 ASEAN-China Educational Exchange Year, the theme endorsed by the ASEAN nation leaders at the 18th ASEAN Summit in Malaysia in November 2015. It will consist of warm-up period, curtain-up period and follow-up period. The curtain-up period will be
held on 1-5 August 2016 in Guizhou Province, P R China, and the other two periods will hold series of activities in other time of 2016 in both China and ASEAN countries. PROGRAMS HELD IN CURTAIN-UP PERIOD IN GUIZHOU WILL BE FULLY OR PARTIALLY SPONSORED by the organising committee and is open for educational institutions, organisations and enterprises from China and ASEAN.
In this regard, I would like to seek your good offices to disseminate the call for application for the 9th CAECW organisation. Any interested institutions can download the application form via website (www.caedin.org) and submit the application to email (caecw2008@163.com) by 7 MARCH 2016. The Programs Recruitment Proposal, the Application form, and the Application Procedure are also enclosed for your reference.
